Excludes school holidays and for couples only.
We require a 50% deposit within 24 hours to confirm any booking. This
can be payable over the telephone (08.8552 4850) with a Mastercard
or Visa Card. Alternatively a cheque or money order made payable to Close
Encounters Bed & Breakfast can be posted to 69 Whalers Road Victor Harbor SA 5211. Direct credit to our Bank account is also available.
All
prices include full and generous breakfast provisions to cook at your
leisure.
Provisions include:

fresh fruit, museli, a wide range of cereals, milk, orange juice, butter, fresh bread, bacon, tomatoes, eggs and Berenberg jams.

A good range of teas and coffees.

Extra treats - chocolates, toffees, shortbread biscuits, port and fresh flowers (roses or proteas)
A bond may be requested for longer stays.
A cleaning charge of $25 per hour may be applicable if extra cleaning is needed over and above the normal time we allow.
No smoking inside villa and sorry no pets.
GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR FAMILY, FRIENDS OR VALUED EMPLOYEES.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Our Cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit the full deposit unless the booking is transferred to another available date.
- Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the first date booked will forfeit all monies paid if no other booking is received from another party for that time.
All refunds
are subject to adjustment for any commission paid.
Travel insurance is recommended.
